Last work day

Today was last work day. It was as usual. After work we walked around the city and saw the festival in city center.

Today I went to the lake Lecco, a lot of photos .

Last day, end of practice.

As all in the end of work week we clean the kitchen and give it a good scrub-down to leave it spotless. Today was our last shift with Eugene, we nothing of significance. We did jardienera it's a poorly cut vegetables.After work we shopping and bought things and saw a parade of nationalities.

So lovely day in Bergamo!

I worked today becary,was preparing an aperitif,decorated cookies.

From jarring the salt to making to ravioli

My day started from putting salt  into jars. In was salt and mix of herbs quite fragrant. And than for the rest of the day I was making two kinds of ravioli one was torellini and capilletti. It was my goal in Italy to making some pasta now I know how to fold two kinds of past now. Mission accomplished.

Today I worked in bakery, was preparing an aperitif, then Dmitry come  and showed the master class on cakes,I will attach some photos.
