Last work day

Today was last work day. It was as usual. After work we walked around the city and saw the festival in city center.

Today I went to the lake Lecco, a lot of photos .

Last day, end of practice.

As all in the end of work week we clean the kitchen and give it a good scrub-down to leave it spotless. Today was our last shift with Eugene, we nothing of significance. We did jardienera it's a poorly cut vegetables.After work we shopping and bought things and saw a parade of nationalities.

So lovely day in Bergamo!

I worked today becary,was preparing an aperitif,decorated cookies.

From jarring the salt to making to ravioli

My day started from putting salt  into jars. In was salt and mix of herbs quite fragrant. And than for the rest of the day I was making two kinds of ravioli one was torellini and capilletti. It was my goal in Italy to making some pasta now I know how to fold two kinds of past now. Mission accomplished.

Today I worked in bakery, was preparing an aperitif, then Dmitry come  and showed the master class on cakes,I will attach some photos.

Crapes, snails, verze and eggs.

Today's day was filled  with prep-work, i was doing all kinds stuff for tomorrow. First off all I was doing verze it's a Italian golubets. After that I was doing crapes with bechamel, salmon and suffritto vegetables. Then I was pulling intestines from snails well it was all kinds of nasty thing to do. And finally I was cracking eggs with eggs-topper. Well that's everything I did today.

Hello) Today I worked in a restaurant). Today I was making fruit salad, I made a focaccia, then made coconut cookies. And also helped the kitchen staff. 

Gelato Italiano is really amazing! It's impossible to taste every taste and keep good shape. But I'm still trying) Spring is everywhere in Bergamo. New leaves on trees, a lot of flower in the grass. It looks so beautiful!

Anchovies

All day long i was cleaning anchovies. And thus my name is Lord of anchovies!

Day out on our Riposo 25.03

So today we the 'gang' went to Milan, our trip was most eventful we saw so many thing and other beautiful buildings. For example we saw Milan's Cathedral, and one museum. We were walking around central area and making photos here and there.I was first time on metro trip, people are always so busy. Well we weren't we were having a good time in Milan.

Day in Milano

Today we had trip to Milano. I was shocked by deauty of Milano Cathedral and Galleria Vittorio Emanuele. We walked around the cathedral, climbed to the roof and seen panoramic views.
After we walked to Sforza Castle and cozy park near the castle. It was full of excitement day!

All prep-work and no action makes Richard a dull boy

Yesterday i was in shift with Eguene, well nothing changed we did same stuff as all. Peeling potatoes when they don't know what to do with us, or we do soffritto, it's a mix of three vegetables carrot, parsley and onion.

Today we went to Milan, the weather was very hot) we really liked the Sabor. The mood is just super)
