First day, first tasks.
Language barrier is something I have to cope with, but luckily the are some people who talk English so this makes my work little bit easier. I started with some meat cleaning, and after that i cleaned some artichokes for reasons unknown for me. Then they showed me how to set up hot pass, and thing around kitchen. I'll be waiting for tomorrow to come and what waits me.
